We supported a journey of a team with the ambition to build a new proposition for the energy market. An ecosystem of players to speed up the energy transition. The main challenge of the team; dealing with the immense complexity of this taks with a distributed team of 20 people. In this journey the team learned new ways of being to deal with the uncertainty as a key to unlocking their creativity.
