We support a senior team coach from the public sector, in order to deepen his awareness of team dynamics and talent.
The main challenge of the team was to learn and grow from a crisis situation, building productive team dynamics and a culture of safety and trust.
Together, we co-created the team journey, analysed the effect of interventions and re-designed the journey in order to increase impact.
